The location is fantastic, being so close to the beautiful garden, the beach, and the city center. It really couldn't be better! 🌟.

provided breakfast was amazing with many cakes, good fresh italian coffee and hams salamis omelettes home made cakes, exceeded our expectations.

Charming hotel in a stunning location adjacent to city walls, amiable personal. Large room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Wonderful and marvellous breakfast selection of tasty things.

The location is stunning, conveniently close to the center of Lucca and other attractions. The standard double room I stayed in was spacious and had great beds.

location just not what it's made out to be. In my opinion, it's more than 2km from the centre of Lucca, and right beside quite a busy road which wasn't mentioned in any of the writeups I read prior to booking.

Our stay at the hotel was a relaxing and very comforting experience. We would recommend the hotel to anyone. Everthing was as it should be... Everthing: service, rooms and detail is carefully thought through and you can feel the relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter this magnificent and beautifull B&B Hotel.

The place was nice, and the restaurant was great! the apartment was bright with excellent beds. the amenities, including a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge, were wonderful. the location was stunning and marvelous, not too far from Lewes Priory Park. the surrounding area was lovely.

The swimming pool, garden, and breakfast were lovely. The couple running the b&b were extremely helpful and provided great local suggestions. The homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The hospitality was great, beuatiful garden and very relaxing. Good breakfast in a nice room. The room was OK, but just that, Small shower cabin (I am tall).

Bathroom very basic, the front of the hotel looks poor, and not inviting at all. Car parking limited and unprotected.

Excellent and helpful staff, nice atmosphere, good breakfast, big supermarket and good ice cream bar nearby
